Once your order has been confirmed via WhatsApp, you may proceed with your chosen payment option. No payment is taken until your order is confirmed.
Pay & Production Begins
Once the required payment milestone is reached, your order enters production. Lead times vary by collection, see details below.
Dispatch
Once your order is complete and your full balance is settled, your hair is dispatched. No orders are dispatched with an outstanding balance.

Terms
If the outstanding balance is not settled within the agreed period, Imprite will contact you with a reasonable final payment window.
If payment remains outstanding after that window, Imprite reserves the right to cancel the order and release the completed product for sale. Imprite cannot hold completed orders indefinitely.
Where applicable, eligible amounts paid may be retained as Imprite store credit, subject to our cancellation terms. Store credit may be applied toward a future purchase at the price applicable at the time of the new order — not the original order price.
Store credit may be applied toward a future Imprite purchase. The new order will be charged at the current price applicable at the time of the new order — Imprite products are subject to supplier costs and pricing changes.
Any difference between your available store credit and the current price of a new order will be payable before the new order is processed.
By proceeding with an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to the following:
- • A minimum 30% initial payment is required for the payment plan.
- • Production only begins once at least 70% of the total has been paid.
- • The remaining balance must be settled in full before dispatch.
- • Standard Collection production: approximately 1–2 weeks.
- • Premium Collection production: approximately 3–5 weeks.
- • Imprite does not hold completed orders indefinitely for unpaid balances.
